There is no shortage of impressive candidates in today’s hiring landscape, but none are quite like the bold thinkers and visionaries you’ll find at Rice. When you hire an Owl, you’re hiring someone with a collaborative, curious mind, shaped by the cross-disciplinary innovation promoted on our campus. Whether you’re new to recruiting our students or looking to welcome more Owls into your organization, this is your starting point for finding exceptional talent and meaningful connections.

At Rice, nearly a quarter of undergraduates earn degrees in two or more disciplines, with almost half pursuing at least one STEM major. These talented, ambitious students are graduating with technical expertise that positions them to become leaders within your organization.

Our graduate programs in science, engineering, business and the humanities consistently rank among the best in the nation and the world. Rice MBA graduates are ready to lead from day one, many with joint MBA/STEM degrees that prepare them to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity. We provide career support to students through two career centers: The Career Development Office (CDO) for all MBA students and the Center for Career Development (CCD), which supports all other Rice students. Rice also utilizes 12Twenty to make it easy to manage interactions between students and employers. You can create an account to schedule on-campus or virtual recruiting events and to promote jobs and internships.

Developing a recruitment strategy is the best way to engage the right campus stakeholders, promote your employment opportunities and invite students to join your programs and events. Get in touch today!
